Your tutor

Meet Madam Yvette

GCE Masterclass is run by Madam Yvette (Ebot Yvette), a bilingual tutor who teaches Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and Biology in both English and French.

Every student is different. Some need the basics rebuilt patiently, some need to be stretched towards top grades. Lessons are shaped around the student in front of her, not a script.

Because everything happens online, students join from wherever they are. All that is needed is a connection and the willingness to learn.

How do the online classes work?
Everything starts with a WhatsApp message. You agree the subjects and a schedule with Madam Yvette, and lessons then happen online at the agreed times. She will explain exactly how to join your first lesson when you message her.
Are lessons in English or in French?
Both. Madam Yvette is fully bilingual and teaches in English, in French, or in a mix, depending on what helps the student learn best.
Which classes do you take?
Secondary school students from Form 1 to Form 5, and high school students in Lower and Upper Sixth, across Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and Biology.
How much do lessons cost?
Send a WhatsApp message with the student’s class and the subjects you need, and Madam Yvette will share the rates and options with you directly.
What does the student need to join?
A phone, tablet or computer with an internet connection. Nothing else is required to get started.
